Death In The Nursing Home

 

  
  In early 1975, a suspicious death at the
Pavilion of Highland Park (formerly known as
The Highwood Hospital) led to an extensive
state-wide investigation into nursing home
practices. This investigation ultimately led to
major reforms and oversight, protecting
those patients who were in need of these services.
